Providers with Insurance Coverage. We will file accepted insurance when you meet with these therapists:

- Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield
- FEP and HSA Programs
- Aetna
- Tricare (Deborah O'Brien LCSW only)
Payments Accepted:
Payment via credit card, or debit card (including employer-sponsored HSA/FSA/HRA accounts) are accepted.
Currently, should we be out-of-network for insurance plans we can provide a super bill. Please ask your insurance provider for details regarding reimbursement. If you need further guidance regarding this, please email us at info@fairfaxtherapysolutions.com. We will provide a detailed bill and you may submit your claims for reimbursement. We do not bill out-of-network claims on your behalf.
Should you wish not to utilize insurance, or the clinician does not accept your insurance you CAN STILL meet with an experienced therapist. We will provide a detailed bill and you may submit your claims for reimbursement.
Our therapists and their self-pay rates are as follows:

- Intake $250.00
- Individual Session $225.00
Kristi Zimmerman, LMSW
- Intake $160.00
- Individual Sessions $150.00
Sandy Martinez-Luna, LMSW
- Intake $160.00
- Individual Sessions $150.00
For self-pay (out-of-network) reimbursement we will provide a detailed bill that you may submit for compensation. We do not submit self-pay (out-of-network) reimbursement claims on your behalf.
Couples Counseling & Family Counseling:
- Couples/Family Counseling is typically considered self-pay.
- Couples/Family therapy is customarily not reimbursable through insurance companies.
- We do not normally submit Couples/Family therapy to insurance companies.
Group Therapy:
- Group therapy is considered self-pay.
- Group therapy is usually not reimbursable through insurance companies.
- We do not submit group therapy to insurance companies.
Missed Appointment Fee:
A $100.00 fee is incurred if the appointment is not canceled within 48 hours.
